Dim Sum & Then Some

We are only eight months behind schedule, but we finally cashed in on a Christmas gift from Landon & his main gal. (Thank you!)



Mr. Malone and I took a cooking class this past weekend at Hipcooks - something I completely recommend! They have a ton of different classes to choose from, but we were dead set on attending the Dim Sum class.

What We Made:
-Steamed Shrimp Dumplings
-Chinese Chicken Stuffed Cabbage
-Scallion Pancakes with Shitake Mushrooms
-Seared Scallop Chow Mein
-Pork Lotus Blossoms
-Green Beans with Roasted Cashews
-Sweet Wontons with Dates, Walnuts & Orange

Not the actual kitchen we worked in, but the set-up was the same.

This would make for such a fun night with a group of friends. I'm thinking the next class I want to take is "Cocktail Party." What could be bad about that?!
